Yoga Program

UPS for DownS is partnering with Z's Martial Arts Academy for an eight (8) week yoga program for individuals with Down syndrome and their families.  Specifically intended for those ages 8 and older.  Children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult.  Free yoga mat for participants with Down syndrome.

 

Dates:               Saturdays, February 5 through March 26

Time:                3:00 - 4:00 p.m.

Cost:                Individual:  $10

Family:       $25 (up to 5 from one household)

Yoga is designed for the young and old, experienced and beginners, the healthy and those who seek to improve. In today's fast-paced world, yoga will not only help reduce stress, but it will also help expand your concentration as you push your body and mind to their fullest capacities.
